This dress is designed with an empire waist with a red plaid bodice- it has a square neckline with short, slightly puff sleeves. 

The lower dress is a small wale black corduroy over and under skirt, each skirt with a bottom fringe of pleated red plaid & black tassel trim. 

Lined in black silk, zips up the back.
