Shipping

 

Standard items will ship within 3 days. You will be notified via email once your item has shipped along with tracking information. Should there be a delay in the shipment of your order you will be notified via email. 

 

Custom orders can vary in the time it takes to create the order and ship. We work diligently with the customer to meet any deadline they may have for the order. Once the order is complete the customer will be notified via email of all shipping/tracking information.

 

Customs and import taxes


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Returns & exchanges


Daphne Tooley Design hopes you will love your purchase once you receive it and we strive to make every order perfect for you. Should you receive your order and you are not completely happy we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

When working with DTD on one of kind custom orders we are sorry to say these orders are not refundable and cannot be exchanged. Once you place a custom order you have 24 hours to request a cancellation of your order should you have a change of mind. We work with the client to make sure the order is completed in a way that you will be thrilled with the outcome.
